Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the role of the state towards the poor and abandoned children by taking inspiration from QS. Al-Balad verse 16. Information is taken from the main source, namely the Qur'an surah al-balad verse seven with additions from other sources, such as journal articles and other books. Information is seriously analyzed and studied by researchers until saturated. The results of this study show that the Quran tells the state to realize its responsibility towards the poor and abandoned children but has not been maximized.
