Abstract

During the pandemic, MSME actors must be more innovative and creative in packaging and marketing their products in order to be able to survive and develop. This research uses a qualitative method. Information was obtained by means of observation, interviews with partners, namely Pajero meatball MSMEs and several literature related to the topic studied. The results of the study found that the problems faced by Pajero meatballs are less creative and innovative product packaging and the marketing is still conventional, so this research is expected to help provide interesting information and inspire innovation in Pajero meatballs. For example, by creating and educating marketing through Instagram social media so that Pajero meatballs as MSMEs affected by Covid-19 can survive and thrive during the pandemic.
