PERAN NEGARA DALAM MENJAGA STABILITAS EKONOMI DALAM PERSPEKTIF MADZHAB HAMFARA

Abstract

Economic instability results in various problems in life. Islamic economics is here to offer an alternative system that integrates spiritual values in economic activities. This research aims to describe the strategic role of the state in maintaining economic stability according to the perspective of the Hamfara school. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature studies of classical and contemporary literature. The results of the study show that the state in the Islamic economy not only acts as a technical regulator, but also as a guardian of sharia values, with responsibility for market supervision, management of wealth redistribution instruments, intervention in emergency situations, and the enforcement of ethics and morals in economic activities.
