As one of the largest tea producers in Indonesia, the company faces challenges in managing the flow of raw materials through to product distribution. This qualitative research found that the company implemented several key strategies. First, employing local farmers to ensure a stable supply of raw materials. Second, using a management information system (MIS) to minimize overstocking and understocking. Third, optimizing distribution routes and improving production processes. These strategies have successfully reduced operational costs, accelerated production times, and improved product quality. However, challenges such as weather and pests remain obstacles to maintaining quality. Solid supply chain management enhances the company's competitiveness.
Adnin Kaussar Fatir Adnin Copyright (c) 2025 Youth & Islamic Economic Journal 2025-08-02 2025-08-02 6 02 1 8 Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pada Pegawai Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat http://jurnalhamfara.ac.id/index.php/yie/article/view/878
This study aims to identify the effect of educational background, work motivation, and leadership style on the performance of government employees in Central Jakarta partially and simultaneously. This research uses a Mixed Methods approach with an Explanatory Sequential design, combining quantitative and qualitative data sequentially, where quantitative data is collected and analyzed first, then continued with qualitative data collection to clarify or explain the quantitative results obtained. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to government employees in Central Jakarta. The results show that this regression model is simultaneously feasible to explain the effect of educational background, work motivation and leadership style on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that the three independent variables contribute 73.3% of the variation in performance, while 26.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Educational background has no significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation and leadership style have a significant effect partially. Thus, this study is expected to provide a deeper insight into the factors that affect the performance of government employees and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Zahra Andriyani Copyright (c) 2025 Youth & Islamic Economic Journal 2025-08-04 2025-08-04 6 02 9 20 Jurnal Implementasi Sharia Compilance BMT Al Huda Wonosobo http://jurnalhamfara.ac.id/index.php/yie/article/view/882
This study aims to examine the implementation of Sharia Compliance principles in the operational practices of BMT Al-Huda Wonosobo. The main focus is on how the institution applies Islamic financial principles in financing, internal supervision, and member education. This qualitative research was conducted through observation and interviews with the Head of Sharia Compliance Division. The findings show that BMT Al-Huda has established a dual-layered structure consisting of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and a Sharia Compliance Division. While the DPS plays a limited role, the compliance division actively carries out educational activities, audits, and transaction verification. Monthly religious gatherings are held to deliver Islamic economics education to members. These findings highlight that BMT Al-Huda’s implementation of Sharia compliance is not only administrative but also deeply rooted in education and ideological commitment.

Ihfadz Zefar Alfarizi Copyright (c) 2025 Youth & Islamic Economic Journal 2025-08-05 2025-08-05 6 02 21 26
