Employee performance is one of the keys to the success of the company. Improving employee performance can be formed with several things, one of which is Perceived Organizational Support and the work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support and the work environment on employee performance. This research method is a qualitative method of literature study, with the collection of existing journal articles related to Perceived Organizational Support, work environment, and employee performance. The data that has been collected, then reduced, presented, and conclusived, so that it becomes a research result. The result of this study is that Perceived Organizational Support and the work environment in general have a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, there are studies that show that the work environment has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance.
