Abstract
This study aims to determine the process of improving employee performance with self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and job satisfaction in an Islamic perspective. Information about these research variables was obtained by reviewing the literature through a serious reading of various sources, especially Islamic teachings. The results of this study found that the process of improving employee performance with self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and job satisfaction has different characteristics.
