PENGGUNAAN TENAGA KERJA FREELANCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN USAHA CATERING: STUDI ETIKA BISNIS DALAM PANDANGAN ISLAM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how high the level of catering business needs to increase their business in the freelance workforce. The type of research used is a literature study with a comparison of observations to the field. The method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Information is taken randomly from several sources, both directly and indirectly. The results of this study found that freelance workers as human resources can improve the catering business as their performance is considered quite helpful and in terms of cost is felt to be more efficient because it imposes responsibilities on a longer period of time. In terms of business ethics in Islam, each party fulfills its duties and responsibilities so that it does not contradict Islamic teachings.
