PENGARUH E-LEADERSHIP, KOMUNIKASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI LEMBAGA ZAKAT INFAQ SHADAQAH DAN WAKAF (ZISWAF) TINGKAT PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to determine the influence of e-leadership, communication, and motivation on performance in employees of infaq shadaqah zakat institutions and waqf (ziswaf) Yogyakarta Special Region. This research uses a mixed method, namely quantitative and qualitative data. The primary data sources used were the results of questionnaires on permanent employees of the provincial ziswaf institution DI Yogyakarta and interviews with the head or human resources section of each institution. The independent variables of this study are E-Leadership, Communication and Motivation. Researchers explain the influence of these variables using analytical tools with t-test methods and multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that E-leadership has a significant effect on performance, communication has a significant effect on performance and motivation has no effect on performance.
