KRITIK MADZHAB ALTERNATIF KRITIS: KAJIAN EKONOMI ISLAM KONTEMPORER

Abstract

This article aims to find out the concept and implications of the critical alternative madzhab, as well as the analysis and criticism of some of the approaches to Islamic economics it has developed. Information is presented in a qualitative format and extracted from library sources through literature review, such as: books in the library, articles that have been published in journals on Google Scholar, and assisted by artificial intelligence to soften the language. The results of this review explain that critical alternative madhhab has several advantages compared to other approaches. This madhab offers a deeper critical analysis of the various Islamic economic paradigms that have developed in the contemporary era. This madhhab also helps develop Islamic economic theories that are more integral and more in line with Islam. However, this madhhab also has weaknesses, such as overly critical opinions and can destroy some of the contributions that other approaches have made.
