The quantitative method uses data collection aids in the form of questionnaire instruments. The object of the study was all students participating in the basic MELT and advance MELT STEI Hamfara Yogyakarta training. The conclusion that can be drawn from this simple study is that MELT training is considered very useful in the development of students' professional skills, with an assessment score of 4.2179 out of 5 Likert scales (or 84.36%). MELT's basic training received a score of 4.38, higher than the advance MELT (4.0151. The professional skill elements that received the highest assessment were internal team communication (4.3813), followed by leadership (4.2412), teamwork (4.1546) and problem solving (4.0944). The element of professional skills that need to be considered to be improved is problem solving which gets the lowest score in both basic MELT (4.24) and advance MELT (3.9751). Especially for MELT advance training in the future, it is necessary to evaluate the causes of low score of problem solving elements, for example the balance between challenges and abilities and paying attention to the stages of problem solving. The leadership element also needs to be considered regarding the low score of MELT advance training to find out the cause and seek relevant training treatment to improve it
