Review Entrepreneurial Soft Skills: Identifikasi, Klasifikasi dan Manfaat

Abstract

This study aims to identify and classify soft skills entrepreneurship, along with their benefits. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The journal article data was collected using the Publish & Perish 7 application and google scholar using keywords related to soft skills entrepreneurship. The tracing resulted in 63 journal articles that were selected from 134 scientific article documents. The steps of data analysis include collection, presentation, condensation and conclusion / verification. The results of this study identified 20 soft skills entrepreneurship which are grouped into 3 categories. Spiritual (transpersonal) soft skills include spiritual awareness and tawakal (not easy to complain, tenacious). Intrapersonal soft skills include curiosity, information literacy skills, creative and innovative, independent, realistic thinking, personal maturity skills, strong motivation, discipline, hard work, productivity, and the courage to take risks. Interpersonal soft skills include commitment, responsibility, managerial skills, leadership, teamwork, communication and customer relations. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the design and evaluation of soft skill entrepreneurship training.
