This article examines the management of financial management during the leadership of Uthman bin Affan, one of the caliphs in the Khulafaur Rashidin era at the beginning of the Islamic period. Information is taken from the sources with careful literature review. This paper explores qualitative methods in collecting information regarding the allocation and management of financial resources for Muslims at that time.
