										Abstract
Turnover intention happens frequently at work. It often affects a company negatively rather than positively. To prevent or reduce the turnover intention in a company, it is very essential to know what factors influence the turnover intention. This study aims to present a literatur review used to analyze factor that influence turnover intention and understanding employee behavior so that it can help the company to arrange strategies on reducing or preventing its happening. The researcher used literature based research methodology by collecting data to come up with final conclusions
