Abstract

The quality of educators at Islamic educational institutions certainly has a direct influence on the quality of education offered, so to improve the quality of education, an educational institution must know the management of human resources (teaching staff) well so that existing human resources can maximize their function to achieve the goals of educational institutions. This study aims to present the conceptual framework used to analyze the factors that influence the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. This is done through literature study to produce conclusions. This conceptual framework presents the relationship and indicators of the factors that affect the quality of human resources, especially in Islamic educational institutions
