QS. AL-MAIDAH AYAT 88: URGENSI KONSEP HALAL UNTUK KONSUMSI MASYARAKAT
Abstract
This study aims to determine the concept of halal food for public consumption. This research uses qualitative methods with normative descriptive data analysis. Sumber data used from the Qur'an, some published journal articles, and libraries in the author's library. The results of the study explain the urgency of halal food for public consumption contained in QS Al-Baqarah verse 168, ayat 172; QS Al-Maidah ayat 88; QS An-Nahl ayat 114 is an order to eat kosher and thayyib food. Types of halal food both halal in the sense of dzat and halal in the sense of the process are contained in QS Al-Maidah ayat 3-5.
