LESSONS FROM THE QURAN AND HADITS: RIBA PROPERTIES AND ITS IMPACT

Abstract

This researchaims to find out the background of the people doing usury transactions and their influence on them. The main source of research is inspired by QS al-Baqarah verse 175 on usury and its influence on usury-eating actors. The results of the study explain the concept of usury and the impact on usury eaters. Research is expected to contribute to the addition of Islamic economic discourse with primary sources of the Qur'an
