PELAJARAN DARI QS. ATH-THALAQ AYAT 6: AJARAN ISLAM MENENTUKAN UPAH BURUH

Abstract

This study aims to find out the concept of wages in Islam by taking inspiration from QS. Ath-Thalaq verse 6 and clashes with the 2020 Ciptaker Law regarding labor and wages. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Sources of information from libraries (library research) in the form of books, draft laws, articles and so on. The result of this study is that the concept of wages in Islam is different from the concept of wages in capitalism as stated in the 2020 Job Creation Law.
