Abstract
This study aims to get inspiration from QS Ali Imran verse 159 regarding service to consumers so they feel satisfied. The method used is a qualitative model with the dominance of literature from the internet and various existing literature, especially the Koran. Information is analyzed with serious and in-depth reading until it is saturated so as to get the conclusions and results outlined in this article.
