Abstract

This research article aims to analyze the influence of organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This writing method uses literature study with the stages of data collection, reduction, presentation to conclusion. The results of this study are, in general, there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but in some studies there is a statement that organizational commitment has no relationship to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
